We’ve stayed at Sea Chase the last 4 years, and will continue to. The layout of the unit is perfect. All units face the Gulf. The beach at this location is notably less crowded. Beautiful pool areas.

Host Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the Gulf Shores & Orange Beach Tourism Service Fee is always non-refundable.

Wonderful Stay
Everyone at SeaChase was very helpful and friendly. The entire property is clean and very well run. The unit we stayed in was very spacious and clean. We loved that all the fan and light switches were labeled. It made a big difference. Also our unit was ready early, by about 1 pm, and we were notified about this so we could get right in when we arrived. We would have been happy waiting on the beach if it had been ready later, but of course being able to get right in made our first day just that much easier and more enjoyable. The surrounding area is lovely with many good restaurant choices and shops. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and will definitely be back.

Spacious condo, super clean and comfortable. Beautiful views of the beach! Comfortable furniture and beds. Super location! 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, a weight room. Family friendly.

Perfect amount of room for our family of 6 - I was also on crutches during the stay from a recent surgery and I was able to get around smoothly through the room , to the pools, and even the beach ! Our microwave stopped working and they were quick to bring us a table top microwave. “Tam Tam,” helped us with check in and she was super professional and nice!
Enjoyable Experience
My wife and I enjoyed the Seascape rental from the arrival to the departure the unit was clean up to date and every detail was on point from the decor to the dishes well maintained and fully equipped will definitely keep this company in mind for our next vacation.
