Host Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the Gulf Shores & Orange Beach Tourism Service Fee is always non-refundable.

Great Rental
I love staying at SeaChase. The only suggestions we have are to have some coffee filters in the rental and to work on the TV's. The remotes didn't turn on the TV or control the volume at all. There were also hoards of biting flies that I have never experienced in Orange Beach and some extermination would have been nice around the outdoor pools and hot tubs. It could have been from Ian as well not sure

The room was very nice, and we love the facility.
A Relaxing Home Away From Home
The rental property was lovely. Clean, comfortable, relaxing feel to condo set up. Everyone on property (staff and workers) were friendly and helpful. You never can know about the guest that will be there when you was wonderful...such lovely people.
Only one problem over the week was that we often had to deal with having only one working elevator. That's rough when you are on the 11th floor.

Sea Chase Vacation Review
Very clean , beautiful facility, great beach , great pools and hot tubs , very nice indoor pool also . Very easy to check in , they actually gave us the room about 2 hours early , which helped us out . Great location in orange beach . The only complaint we had was the stove top had 4 burners unfortunately only one worked , the oven was very slow to cook anything , and the frying pans need to be replaced , they were in terrible shape . Never did find the outdoor grills that we were told were outside to use ?? Great built in ice maker at the west bar was great to have . Over all great vacation rental ��
Orange Beach
Although there are not as many pictures of this unit, we were very pleased with it. Nice furniture, well stocked kitchen and 2 ice makers. I would definitely recommend this unit.
