We had an awesome experience at SeaChase. The building and grounds are immaculate. Check-in and check-out were very easy. Our condo was very well furnished and comfortable. The views from the balcony did not disappoint.

Host Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the Gulf Shores & Orange Beach Tourism Service Fee is always non-refundable.

Great Spring Stay
The room was as shown in photos. Well cared for. Kitchen really well stocked. Great balcony seating. The staff and security are so friendly and helpful. Grounds are immaculate!
Family Vacation
The resort is beautiful! Loved the security of the place. One of the nicest condos we have ever stayed in.
Family Beach Trip
We really enjoyed our stay at Seachase. The condo was spacious and clean with all the amenities we needed for our vacation. The beach was not crowded even though it was the peak time of the summer. We will definitely be interested in booking at Seachase in the future.
Winter At Seachase
This was our 6th or 7th winter (January - March) at 1104W. Our experience gets better every year. Condo is updated every year, the few times we needed assistance from the property managers we always received prompt service. Can't think of a place we would rather be. See you in 2019.
