We visit this area at least once a year to rest, reset, and recharge our batteries before we head into a busy Fall. The property is beautiful, clean, and quiet. Close enough to Gulf Shores and Orange Beach to visit our favorite shops, ice cream shops, and get a steak at Big Mike's = yet far enough out. Since it is a private property neither the beach or pool has been crowded during our visits. We have stayed in a few different units over the years and they all are well-stocked, everything in good working condition, and clean. Reservations are easy - as well as check-in and check-out. The staff is always very helpful and available for a phone call when I have questions. When we first visited the Fort Morgan area we stayed at a few other places before we found the Martinique property. Once we discovered this property I haven't even looked anywhere else.

This condo was perfect. You almost have a somewhat private complex beach. The pool area was stunning. We prepared a couple of dinner meals using the community gas grill and the condo owners supplied everything you might need to feel right at home. It was very quiet during our stay and having the preserve made it very peaceful while on the balcony while enjoying the view of the ocean. We thank you for letting us use your condo we will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay at Martinique. The beach is not crowded and the property is not a high rise. This was our second stay at Martinique.

This particular rental was just beautiful. It was more than we expected or even needed.
