Room Was Very Nice
Wish the living room decor/throw pillows matched the description photos. Hard to find light switches and outdoor lights didn’t work but other than that room was perfect. Very clean and nice. We enjoyed our stay and will book again

Host Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.
Gulf Shores & Orange Beach Tourism Service Fee Cancellation Policy
If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the Gulf Shores & Orange Beach Tourism Service Fee is always non-refundable.

Second year at the same condo. Condo was excellent same as 2024. Plenty of room for myself, daughter & 2 grandsons. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.
