Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

Great Stay At The Seachase

We visit Seachase 2-3 times a year. We are extremely picky when choosing a unit, and 601C checked almost all of the boxes. Great views, spacious, and quite possibly the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. The only things that could've improved our stay was better pots and pans as the few they had were very worn, and more towels. We literally had exactly 1 towel for each person, so we had to do laundry twice per day. Also, a smart tv would have been great to have so we could've watched our streaming services. Thanks for a great time!

Great Vacation At Seachase As Usual, From A Frequent Guest.

Two major problems with housekeeping/cleanliness:
(1) Lots of roaches, especially in kitchen. Upon request, vendor to spray on Thursday, but did not show up.
(2) Right before check-out, we stripped the beds; found feces on two of the beds on mattress covers under the sheets; the master and the queen bedrooms. Totally unacceptable!!!
* Lastly, Property personnel were excellent! Kind, courteous & professional!

Fall Break

Great fall break stay at 601C. We've stayed at a number of condos at Seachase over the years and this one is at the top of the list. The microwave door handle was cracked but still functional.We alerted management and they were already aware and said a replacement was coming soon.

Perfect Family Vacation
