We’ve stayed 6 times at Seachase and this by far is the BEST! The condo is amazing with all the amenities, beautiful decor and the wonderful close proximity to the beach. We LOVED it!!!

Host Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the Gulf Shores & Orange Beach Tourism Service Fee is always non-refundable.

Great accommodations! The unit was perfect! A big thank you to Danielle, in the office, and Jesse who helped us find the "Crocs" that the 9-year-old had left at the pool!
Already Planning Our Next Trip To This Same Unit
We stayed a short 4 night stay right before the start of the busy summer season and this property was so great. No notes. We are already hoping we can stay in this same unit again next year.

Review Of Unit 801c Seachase
Had a great time as usual in Orange Beach. Seachase is one of the best places to stay because of its location and all of the amenities in the Seachase complex. We have stayed at Seachase for the past 20 years and have never been disappointed. It always feels like home to us. The office personnel are extremely helpful and very polite. If you have any problems at all, they will take care of it immediately. Very professional. There are many restaurants nearby and we have gone to nearly all of them. Lulu's and Lambert's Café are two of our favorites. The beaches are the best around and are maintained by the City of Orange Beach. Orange Beach is a very family oriented town and the Grandkids and Great Grandkids love the place. We will always stay at Seachase because we enjoy it so very much.
A Great Week Of Fun
Despite the forecast of an impending storm we arrived at Seachase where we love to spend vacation. The storm had no effect on us and the week was wonderful. The kids loved plaing in the waves which were a bit rougher! The beach was clean and weather very pleasant. Our condo was lovely with all the conveniences. The view was beautiful. It was clean and well maintained. We love the location with a Walmart, Rouses and any other store you may need within walking distance. The Catholic Church was just down the road. We had a wonderful vacation.
