Host Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the Gulf Shores & Orange Beach Tourism Service Fee is always non-refundable.

Great Stay, As Always
Stayed for a long weekend. Our unit was clean and comfortable! Had all the items needed, and even the light switches were labeled! The staff was friendly and helpful. The only disappointment was the pools not being heated. They were so cold, it was not useable.
11th Floor Unit
Nice unit... too high for us, too much elevator time up/down and too windy and rains all over balcony, other side of building not a problem
Missing window cover on balcony window, very difficult watching TV in the glare! Even on the 2 rainy days we were there.
Master bed is VERY lumpy! Needs to be flipped or needs a replacement, body imprints on either side with hump in the middle! I like to sleep next to my husband! We are very picky, but nicely furnished and First class unit!
Probably best unit we have had the pleasure of stay in.

Week Of June 11, 2017
This was our second visit to this condo but unfortunately probably our last. Inside of the condo is nice looking however for the second year the balcony tiles we're uncared for and very loose in the grout. Also, the mattresses, especially in the master bedroom were extremely uncomfortable.
