Host Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the Gulf Shores & Orange Beach Tourism Service Fee is always non-refundable.

Great Place To Stay!
We really enjoyed our stay here! Great location for restaurants and shopping, clean, well kept grounds and pools. Highly recommend Sea Chase. We hope to return again in the future!
Seachase 604e
We always enjoy Seachase. Nice staff. Perfect location. 604E does need some updates. It’s very 80’s! Even has a VCR��. But if you’re looking for a great place Seachase is definitely it. I might add the years of staying there all the condos were updated. This is my first experience with a dated one.
Great Place To Stay For Vacation.
The property was very nice and clean. It was located close to shopping and restaurants. Had a problem with one of the toilets, but it was quickly resolved. The countertops could have been updated. Overall we were very pleased with our experience.

We had an awesome experience at Seachase with Aronov Reality. Karon was great to work with in every aspect of our experience!!

We had a great time. The unit was very nice as was the entire property. Would stay here again for sure!
