It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun, sand and surf. The pools were nice and the grounds lovely. It was fun to watch the Blue Angels practice overhead at the beach!

Host Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

Everything was great! We enjoyed our stay and had a great time. The house was perfect! The rooms are nice with king size beds and we enjoyed the loft area with the kids. The golf cart is great to have to take to the beach and pool.

Family was a great week as always at Martinique. Beach Heaven house did not disappoint. Looking forward to next summer with the family.

Our stay this year was great as usual. We’ve stayed at The Martinique many times over the years but this was our first stay at Beach Haven. The house was very clean and organized. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals. There is a grill in the outdoor patio area which is very nice. The property is well maintained with great landscaping. This house has a four person golf cart with plenty of beach/pool items in the garage. The middle pool is a short golf cart ride or walk from the house. The Martinique gave me a call midweek to check in to make sure our stay was going well and indicated to call if we had any issues. The security staff was very friendly and made their rounds on a regular basis. We had a great stay and look forward to future vacations at The Martinique.

We absolutely loved our stay at Beach Haven. We’ve been staying at various spots in Martinique for a number of years, and the entire family agrees that this was the very best location yet! The house was fresh and spotless, equipped with everything we could possibly need, and we loved the back porch overlooking the wildlife preserve. Thanks too for welcoming our pooch!
