Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

A Vacation Treat
We have stayed at Martinque before and had a great time. This rental reached beyond our expectations . It was perfect for a family with three children and was all on one level which made it easy for little ones . The kitchen was fully stocked and we felt just like we were at home. It was so comfortable and relaxing.
