Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

Always A Great Stay

We have stayed at Elephant Walk several times, and always loved it. The dining table, large sectional, and multiple seating areas are great for large family trips. The kitchen could be slightly better stocked with cook/serve ware, but overall still great.

Perfect Family Get-Away!

Our combined family of 11 people had a great time at Elephant Walk! The Floorplan was open and spacious and we really liked the open upstairs balcony overlook into the great room. The sunroom was also a very relaxing spot. The unit was clean and ready to enjoy when we arrived. Set up well for kids & adults! Neat views from the crows nest! Very accessible for a quick trip to the luxurious pool area and walk to the beach. Overall nice amenities and neighborhood well managed for maintenance if needed and security purposes.

Great Experience! Great Memories Made!

From start to finish the Martinique on the Gulf was the best experience. The people at Aronov Condo Mgmt were very helpful and easy to communicate with when needed. The Elephant Walk house was perfect for our large family and perfect location within the community. Our family plans to hopefully rebook this house or another similar house next year.

A Fantastic Getaway

This house was perfect for us and our 4 adult children! Great location and the house was well laid out. The golf cart made getting to the beach so easy and even without the beach is only 400 steps away from the front door! We will be back. The only downside we had was the trash can provided outside was full when we arrived. With 8 adults we had quite a few bags that we left beside the trash can. The waste company came on Wednesday and emptied the can but did not take the bags beside it. As a result our Trash can was full once again as soon as they left.
