Host Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

Gorgeous Getaway

This home was fantastic for a multi-generational family vacation. Beautifully decorated, comfortable, and fully furnished. It’s a hidden gem! All of the houses we’ve stayed in at Martinique are wonderful, but if you need a larger space, this is the one. Property management was friendly and helpful. The home is very clean.

Perfect!

We were blessed to enjoy a week in this very clean and comfortable home. A lot of thought and care have gone into it. Check in and check out could not have been easier, and when we had questions or an issue the Martinique management team was responsive.

We had a wonderful week at Blue Bayou! The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils and appliances we needed.
