Nice Condo
Nice condo, well equipped, always a pleasant stay at SeaChase. However, $70 to park in the lot for three days seems excessive.

Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

Seachase Offers A Great Location, Great Value And Great Amenities
Our second stay at SeaChase, and we will return again. Unfortunately, there is no way to avoid necessary updates to an older building. Tile in common areas was being jack hammered up to replace it, and foot traffic was professionally re-routed each day. The 2 elevators both failed at the same time, but Aronov replied immediately to my email notification that technicians were on it...and within a couple of hours one elevator was working fine the rest of our visit. Aronov also had maintenance arrive at my condo within 15 minutes of my complaint of no hot water at the kitchen sink. Hate to admit it, but is was operator error! The bathrooms always quickly provided hot water, I didn't wait long enough for the kitchen sink, assuming it was broken. The prompt technician, to his credit didn't laugh at me and politely showed me which direction to move the handle...embarrassing! Aronov was a great host and property manager. They certainly can't be held responsible for building updates. Condo has a great view and great location. Worth every penny.
