We stayed at Sundown with my family, my sisters and their families, my mom and my uncle. The house was the perfect size for the 14 of us. The living area and kitchen were open enough for us all to gather for meals and games comfortably. The beach was a close enough walk that we didn't miss much not being right off the beach. The house was clean and cute. The kitchen was well stocked and the two fridges were so great to have. The only negative I would say was there were a lot of light bulbs out but we made do. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this house to anyone.

House still be repaired from storm dmg. Other side still being worked on. We get that! We were just happy to visit. But when decks have holes in them; that is dangerous. We contacted property manager by text and were told they would send someone out. No one ever showed up. My husband took boards from the other side of the house construction wood and covered himself. Also, we gathered any nails and loose debris under the house when we got there to avoid any accidents. We loved the house! We loved the 2 fridges and the new washer & dryer! Den furniture old and uncomfortable and top floor jacuzzi very moldy. Some bathroom doors did not lock and many boards on steps are broken and need replacing. Many balcony railings loose and unsafe, also. These are all cosmetic repairs and again, we understand the circumstances following Hurricane Sally. We were grateful to find a house big enough for us to gather and we know that we'd like to return one day. Property Management company 1st told us to check with them if interested in an early check in and when I did, I was rudely texted "NO WAY". Just didn't seem very professional---

Sundown is exactly what you hope for when you rent a
beach house; a place that is tacky enough to be relaxed and nice enough to be really comfortable. Add the location and the view, especially from the 3rd floor, and you've got everything you need for a memorable Alabama vacation.

The house was very nice, we had 8 adults, 2 children and a dog. There was more than enough room for us. House was clean and nicely decorated. Loved the different colors. The living room furniture could stand to be replaced but overall it was great.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for maintaining social distance. The room layout provided plenty of space for a family of 16. The community was friendly and quiet. The beach location was ideal for viewing wildlife. We look forward to coming back in the near future.

Thank you staff for answering my concerns during booking and making every step so easy. We had a wonderful time and we hope to see you next year. Sundown was fabulous.
