Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

Seachase 903c
Our stay at Seachase 903C was very enjoyable. The condo was clean and in excellent condition. If I had to find one thing to complain about it would be that there were no staples (salt, pepper, etc) in the condo, which would be fine if the listing decription on VRBO would have emphasized that. We are planning a trip back and would definitely consider staying in this unit again.
Decent, But Won’T Stay Again Due To Management!
The condo itself was updated and fairly nice. We really appreciated the fact that there were zero stairs from our 9th floor room to the beach itself. Made dragging a wagon easy! The resort is currently being updated so that’s nice, but the reason for only 3 stars was how they handled the recent hurricane, Isaias! An announcement was made Wednesday the 7th over the resort speakers from the management company (and we booked direct through them) encouraging guests to leave now/next day due to the predicted storm. They said they would be coming to each unit the next day to pull patio furniture inside and all pool/beach furniture would also be taken in. They mentioned gas stations already being 5/7 deep. They also said to contact your management company regarding refunds. I called them Thursday morning after we left (sent an email Wednesday after the announcement telling them we would leave early and inquired about a refund for the 2 nights we would miss but never got a response). After calling a few times I finally got someone to answer only to be told we left voluntarily therefore they would not honor any refunds. I understand they can’t control the weather, but we followed their suggestions only to be denied. Because they suggested we leave, call the management company for a refund, but then tell us no, we’ll find a different resort the next time we visit (and hopefully no bad weather ����).
