Hurricane Sally Recovery: Due to the lack of clean water and electricity caused by the hurricane, the Gulf Coast Arts Alliance will be closed until September 28.

The Gulf Coast Arts Alliance is a membership organization with the purpose of expanding the arts in Gulf Shores and coastal Alabama. The GCAA Art Gallery and gift shop feature the works of more than 50 local and regional artists. The GCAA also hosts Art Markets which allow artists to show and sell their original work in Gulf Shores’ Waterway Village. The alliance presents the annual Ballyhoo Festival, a fine arts festival with emphasis on cultural exchange held the first Saturday in March.
