Location And Balcony Are Great!
Location and balcony with ocean front view. Near shopping and restaurants. Walkable to some. Neat and mostly clean. Couch was comfy. Kitchen had most appliances needed.
For the bad- the commode was leaking from the tank to the floor. I called and texted but response from management group till next day. Sent plumber who removed, reinstalled and then Uninstaller again old toilet. Went and picked up another commode and installed it. We couldn't use that bathroom. Most of the day. That night smoke detector in my bedroom started chirping every 15 seconds. Called about it, said they would send someone but no one ever came. So after 3 hours I (61 year old) climb in a chair and take it down(and throw outside) where it disappears later on. Someone replaced it with new one but did NOT notify me they were coming into condo. I don't like the management company.
