Description
Located just 100 feet to the nearest Trolley Stop. The condo is about 3/4's of a mile to downtown - many guests easily walk to the strip. Seasonal outdoor pool open Memorial Day to Labor Day.
Lets face it, most of the condos in Gatlinburg are old...

Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office. Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the Gulf Shores & Orange Beach Tourism Service Fee is always non-refundable.

Best Location & Creekside Balcony
A condo close to downtown Gatlingburg with a convenient escape to Pigeon Forge without going through downtown G'burg. We loved it!
First Stay Outside A Resort
The condo was very nice. Did not make it to the pool, as we had a full week. It did look nice. There was no hot tub as stated several places, but we survived.
Best Place To Stay In Gatlinburg Tennessee
We were in a perfect location. It was close enough to get to pigeon forge but far enough from our be peaceful. You can hear the creek off of your spacious balcony. Beds were very comfortable., couches were very comfortable in the kitchen was amazing Check in and check out was so easy.
