Unexpected
When we walked into the condo all you could smell was mildew. I understood that the first roll of toilet paper was supplied and the rest was up to us. There was no toilet paper to be found. The condo needs several repairs and maybe some new furnishings. One of the bathrooms had a torn liner in the shower. Come on - 5$ for a new one? The location was good but the requirements for the stay were a little over the top. We did pay a cleaning fee. I will not rent from this property in the future.
