Cancelations for Homes with 4 bedrooms or more: Cancellations made 60 days or more from arrival date for all properties with 4 bedrooms or more will receive a full refund less a $50 cancellation fee to cover admin costs. Cancellations made 59 days or less from arrival date are non-refundable unless we are able to re-rent the property. If property is re-rented, Guest will be refunded any funds AG is able to re-coup less fees.Cancelations for Homes with 3 bedrooms or less: Cancellations made 30 days or more from arrival date for all properties with 3 bedrooms or less will receive a full refund less a $50 cancellation fee to cover admin costs. Cancellations made 29 days or less from arrival date are non-refundable unless we are able to re-rent the property. If property is re-rented, Guest will be refunded any funds AG is able to re-coup less fees.
