Condo was beautiful. A few things we had issues with. Dryer didn’t work and obviously the owner knew because there was tape over the button. Chairs to take to the beach we’re rusted and one broke when sat on. Master bathroom sink didn’t drain.

Large room with ability to spread out, but starting to show its age. Kitchen breakers constantly tripped. Owner has every cabinet and closet space packed to the gills - no room for groceries or items brought from home. 3rd bathroom shower leaks water into bedroom. Unable to sleep in 3rd bedroom due to carpet and pad stench. Broken chair on balcony. Very disappointing for a high priced unit.

We’ve stayed at other SeaChase properties before and loved them, which is why we decided to try a larger unit this time—just because. Unfortunately, we really should’ve stuck with the other ones.

From the start, there were several issues. One of the bedroom lights didn’t work at all. The dishwasher was hit-or-miss—sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn’t. The washing machine only ran if you kept pressing start over and over again. There’s no built-in ice maker—just a small countertop one like you’d see in an office, which wasn’t ideal for a beach rental. All of the appliances felt very outdated and in need of replacement.

The master bed was basically sitting on the floor and incredibly uncomfortable. But the worst part by far was the master bathroom shower. The water pressure was practically nonexistent—so low that my wife couldn’t even wash her hair. I’ve stayed in trailers from the ’80s in Alaska with stronger water pressure.

Overall, this unit felt more like a 3-star experience. We won’t be booking this one again.

1101e was very nice and well supplied and enjoyable, one of the nicest units we have stayed in. Our problem mainly centered around the behavior of several of the other folks staying at the property and the often lack of oversight. Our children got to observe a man we were certain was an owner using harsh profanity towards another person on the beach. Our children got to listen to two drunk men in a poolside hot tub obnoxiously argue over meaningless topics using harsh profanity and yelling that someone else called security on. These men were appeared to be with owners or friends of owners. We got to watch a tattoo riddled couple make out in the pool and hot tub while cussing loudly every other word. The next to last day 10-12 seemingly unsupervised kids basically took over one of the pools and several of the other people (including us) were essentially forced to leave or try to supervise and correct someone else’s kids, which in this day and age is typically deemed offensive and unacceptable, so we left. The other seven times we have stayed there security has been a constant presence, but not this year. We drove 13 hours and spent good money on our stay and we are now concerned that the overall atmosphere is no longer as family friendly as we experienced in the past. I will just say it straight out, the place just seemed trashier than it has in the past.

Worst of our very many stays here (over many years). 1101E very hot upon arrival/was not a "penthouse" by legal definition - we wanted top floor and not told it was not/too much noise from above last 4 nts
