Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

Home Away From Home!

This is the sixth year we have stayed at Martinique on the Gulf. I have recommended it to others and several have come and enjoyed the many amenities here also. The Gulf view is spectacular. The condo spacious and has a table in the nook where we enjoy doing jigsaw puzzles. The management people are friendly and knowledgeable. We plan to come back again!

Snowbirds At Martinique On The Gulf!

We plan to come back next year for our seventh winter at Martinique on the Gulf! Management is accessible, sensitive to issues, friendly, and professional. The balcony overlooking the Gulf is great for watching the waves roll in and reading a book. Table in nook provides a wonderful space for jigsaw puzzles as there is also a dining table. Comfortable unit and kitchen is well stocked. Beautiful sunsets!

Great Vacation - Despite The Pandemic.

My family and I have rented various apartments off and on over several years and we were never disappointed. The apartments are spacious and well appointed and offer enough entertainment even for inclement weather.

Terrific Stay at 304 West. Property in unbelievably good shape after being in the middle of Hurricane Sally. They worked very hard to have it ready for owners and rentersp! Always love coming here and to this condo. Office, maintenance staff and gatekeepers always friendly and reliable. We can always count on Susan to be ready to help if needed. Condo is lovely and extra well taken care of. We will return. No complaints...maybe a larger & smart TV. Hubby request of course:-)
