Ocean House #1604 is an interior gulf-front 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium located on the 6th floor in building I overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 1000 sq ft with views of the gulf from the living room and gulf-side master bedroom. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with a washer and dryer. There are 2 full baths with either a tub/shower combo or a stand-alone shower. The gulf-side master bathroom is accessed via the bedroom and hallway. The street-side bedroom has an attached bathroom with a stand-up shower.
Ocean House I and II are 9-story buildings with 6 units per floor located 1 mile West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Ocean House has a large seasonal zero-entry outdoor pool and a small kiddie pool. The property also has a grilling area that services both buildings I and II. Minimum age required: 23. King, Twins, Sofa sleeper. Sleeps 6.
Parking passes are purchased on-site at Ocean House at the guard house or office located in building I - CASH ONLY. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit and the cost is set by the association and is subject to change at any time without notice.

Respit At The Gulf
Easy to rate this stay. The rental was available well before stated check in time of three p.m. we entered with the code provided in a text. The cost of parking was excessive but the Rental company doesn’t control that. Only two complaints: replace the 50 year old toaster and upgrade the mattress in master bedroom. The proprty name could be more prominent. The entrance was hard to see,especially after dark. Still a great stay and very convenient.
Wonderful Condo!
We had a fantastic stay at this condo! It was extremely clean, very comfortable and well-appointed. The living area had lots of seating and I appreciated all the rugs throughout the condo. We appreciated how clean the condo was too! We enjoyed the large pool and we also rented 3 beach chairs and an umbrella for only $60/day. We love the location of this condo and how close it is to everything! The view from the balcony is spectacular!!
Room 1604 Great Stay
Really enjoyed our stay. Parking, elevators and access to pool and ocean was very easy. Loved the keypad on the door so we didn’t have to keep up with keys. Balcony is large with nice comfortable furniture. Great view from the balcony. Rooms were very clean and furniture was nice and comfortable. Beds and blankets were extra nice. No problems. All staff was very friendly. Grills and picnic area very nice. Pools very clean and comfortable. First time there but not last time.
