The property is in a beautiful location with a large balcony overlooking the gulf. Our teenage girls enjoyed both the pool and being able to walk right out to the beach. The condo was overall very clean but the couches, mattresses, comforters and curtains are fairly worn and due for replacement. The room with twin beds had the squeakiest beds and the curtain was stained. The primary bedroom overlooking the gulf also had a squeaky bed. The washer and dryer came in handy although the washer made awful sounds like it needs to be repaired or replaced. There are a couple of restaurants and a small expensive convenience store within walking distance but I'd definitely recommend having a car for the best variety of restaurants and affordable groceries. Overall it is a very nice, good sized condo and we enjoyed our stay.

The condo was great. Had everything we needed to accommodate our family. The location is great, walking distance to many great stops if you dont want to battle traffic. The beach was close and easy to get to. Only downside, and it was barely one, the mattress in the room closest to the ocean had a hump in the middle and kinda rolled you to the edge of the bed. The mattress was super comfy so it was not a big deal to throw a pillow under to me to keep us from rolling off LOL. Overall, we would love to stay here again!

We had a great time on our recent trip to Gulf Shores and this condo was a big part of that. Located right on the beach with a perfect view of the Gulf, the condo was clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. Only comments I would make are nit picky but I will make them in case stuff like this matters for your beach trip. The deck was a bit small, especially for a corner unit, the "workout" room was sparse (and that's being nice) and the pool was very small but for kids, did the job just fine. Other than those small things, the condo was exactly what we needed with a great location. I would definitely stay here again whenever I am in the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area.

The Property was exactly as described.

This is the second time we have rented unit 601 along with unit 602. This gives our family of 11 plenty of room and access to a great beach. They are well-maintained in a fairly walkable area.

We rented two units side by side to accommodate 11 close family members. All was great and looking forward to next year.
