Boat slips are available on a first-come, first-served basis. All vessels using the dock must be registered and display a boat permit sticker before arrival. There is a $105 fee for renters to launch and dock their boat for up to 7 days. Renters bringing a boat must complete the digital boat dock information and agreement form and submit it at least 3 days (72 hours) before check-in. The registration form requires proof of current vessel insurance and registration, and all boat dock fees must be paid prior to check-in. All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. No dog(s) are welcome in this home.
