We’ve been using Sunswept for our beach trip the last 8 years.
What keeps us coming back? Location, location, location! It’s perfectly located. Close to so many things. Plus it’s peaceful.
My next favorite part is that it is a smaller condo that’s family friendly. Many young families as well as seniors enjoy coming year after year.
The building is older but it’s very well maintained. Housekeeping does a great job.
Office staff is very kind and helpful. You can’t beat Sunswept

This condo was just perfect for our family of four. The kids enjoyed being that close to the pool and dad (Mr. Pack mule) enjoyed being that close to the beach. It is conveniently located across the street from Walmart and within a short drive from all our favorite restaurants. We have stayed here twice now and look to visit again soon!

Everyone had a great time

We always love staying at Sunswept 107, we aren’t happy any where else. It’s close to the pool being on the 1st floor and steps from the beach! Love how it’s decorated and has everything you need. It’s clean, the property is well taken care of and close to great restaurants and stores. We noticed this stay that the microwave needs replacing and the mattress has become very uncomfortable and when you are there for a week like we were, a comfy bed is a must. Other than that we love it and the folks at Coastal Properties, always so friendly & personable and take pride in taking care of their guests!

The location is incredible - right in the middle of things you would need (grocery store, souvenir shop, food). The view of the ocean from the living room/bedroom is absolutely perfect. Check in was a breeze. The unit was spectacularly clean. The furniture was comfortable, the extra blankets were cozy and the BEDS felt like a DREAM!

The decor in the unit was AMAZING! We felt so at home and we had all supplies we needed. I especially love the giant sink and granite countertops - something I do not have at home!

Being on the bottom floor was perfect! It was fast/simple to step from the pool area to your fridge for refreshments.

Our patio door would basically not open the first day, but we spoke to the office and they got someone to fix it as soon as possible. They were very kind and very willing to do what they could as fast as possible to ensure we were having a good experience. Great communication and very prompt. The door works flawlessly again, too.

I especially loved being able to do laundry in our unit!

We could not have created a more magical, homey experience for our first family vacation.

Our family really enjoyed this condo. It was well equipped with everything we needed. We all thoroughly enjoyed being on ground level, mad it so convenient for our week stay going back and forth to the beach and walking across the grass to meet the rest of our family in their ground level condo. Location is right in heart of Orange Beach with grocery stores walking distance. The kind owner had approached our family to see if there was anything we needed.
