Place is very nice. Clean. No issues. Everything was in working order. Property management was the best. Very nice and efficient. The best I've experienced. Everything is right across the street. Groceries, Mexican food,ice cream,and margaritas. If I nit picked the sliding doors to the balcony could slide better. Interesting decorations of the property, beachy, colorful, and theatrical. Nice place to stay.

The mattresses were fantastic. The totaling and bedding was first rate. Very well appointed and clean. Beautiful patio overlooking the pool deck and the ocean. The location was unbelievable in terms of walking for groceries and restaurants. Check-in was a breeze with a friendly staff in an office situated two buildings over for convenience. The kitchen had everything you could ask for. Just a fantastic condo for a getaway. Also, the master suite had an enormous king bed, and a beautiful bathroom and big closet and the spare room had a very nice queen bed with TV. Cable worked perfectly.

We have stayed in Silver Beach Condos before years ago and absolutely love the location in Orange Beach. Location now has a Walmart grocery store across the street and who doesn’t love having fresh beignets in the same shopping center along with restaurants! Balcony with view of beach and Gulf was great especially like the glass vs. fence. However, this unit needs an update. Don't believe this unit has been remodeled in a long time. Kitchen has original formica countertops. Living room window has mold and grime around the frame. Bathrooms have original tub fixtures that are old and tired. Trim (wood) in master bath is chipped and scuffed. Finally,the toilet in the guest bathroom rocks! Plumber was there on the day we arrived decided he couldn't fix it on that Saturday, told us he would come on Monday, only to never have him come back or even give us a call...
