Place is very nice. Clean. No issues. Everything was in working order. Property management was the best. Very nice and efficient. The best I've experienced. Everything is right across the street. Groceries, Mexican food,ice cream,and margaritas. If I nit picked the sliding doors to the balcony could slide better. Interesting decorations of the property, beachy, colorful, and theatrical. Nice place to stay.

The mattresses were fantastic. The totaling and bedding was first rate. Very well appointed and clean. Beautiful patio overlooking the pool deck and the ocean. The location was unbelievable in terms of walking for groceries and restaurants. Check-in was a breeze with a friendly staff in an office situated two buildings over for convenience. The kitchen had everything you could ask for. Just a fantastic condo for a getaway. Also, the master suite had an enormous king bed, and a beautiful bathroom and big closet and the spare room had a very nice queen bed with TV. Cable worked perfectly.

The location and the views were great! I enjoyed having the walk in shower. Everything was beautifully furnished. Restaurants and groceries stores nearby. The tvs didn’t work while we were there but we didn’t watch much anyway

The location was great. Access to the grocery store was directly across the street along with several restaurant. Parking and Beach access was simple. The unit was very dated. There were several MINOR maintenance items that should have been taken care of before we arrived. Since they were minor, we didn't report them during our stay but hope the light above the oven, the refrigerator door, the shower door in the master bathroom and the sliding glass door were tweaked.

Good location, good mattresses but really needs some updating. The icemaker was broken and a piece of the kitchen cabinet was coming off. But we lucked out with beautiful weather and had a very relaxing time. Did not like the $40 parking fee. You should at least get 2 parking passes. We had a friend come to visit one day. She stayed for 4 hours and paid the $40 fee. I would not get reservations there again because of the fee.

Coastal property team was friendly and helpful. Condo master bed was comfortable and view was magnificent. Condo is in desperate need of update. Way too much useless uncomfortable furniture in sitting area, TV's are very small and hard to work. Room was clean and equipped as described.
