Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

Family Vacation

The vacation rental we had was very nice and enough room for everyone. We had 7 in our group and included 5 and 4 year olds. Everything in condo working great. The location was good for stores and restaurants and activities like miniature golf. Definitely will be trying to get this on our next adventure

Perfect Family Condo

We absolutely loved Sea Chase 1203C. The condo is one of the most well stocked we have rented in over 15 years of renting condos in the Orange Beach/Perdido area. Furnishings are very well done. Great table for Mahjong enthusiasts. Keurig and Coffee Pot options. We had an issue with one of the two A/C units in the condo the first day and it was quickly repaired. Having a 2nd unit was great. We simply closed the blinds and curtains to reduce the heat from sunlight, and it was really comfortable. There are also fans throughout the condo.
We hope to rent this unit again in the future!
Sea Chase is not an overcrowded complex. We enjoyed not being on top of people for the 4th of July.
The bar refrigerator is great cooling beverages and not taking space in main refrigerator. We had one elderly guest, and it would be great to have non-slip mats in the bathrooms. We easily purchased one, but it was the only thing lacking in this beautiful condo.
