The host and lazy river...
The host and lazy river was great!!
Main issue was the big tub broke and we had water just running full blast for hours and then we had no water at all and had to have maintenance in there for 2 days to fix it. I was just very upset about not getting to use the big jacuzzi tub and having the water off caused issues for our plans to get ready and leave and get to the concert on time. It was an uneasy feeling leaving our stuff open for hours and hours while multiple people were in and out working on it. They were very nice people but it was upsetting and stressful for the those 2 days.
I loved the place but that part was pretty rough. I was even hoping they would reach back out to us about it but nobody did. Even if it was a partial refund or a couple free days back to compensate for it maybe would just be a nice thing at this point.
The people were great and we loved the rest, just had 2 bad days in the middle of it all.
