The kitchen could have had a little more cookware had to go out and buy a few things we didn’t need to!

This condo was spacious and had beautiful views! Perfect set up for our family.

This listing was exactly as pictured and described, except the dark red bedding was replaced with white- which looks so much better! Very clean, perfect for us. My only suggestions for Sandy and/or future guests: - Extension cords for device charging - Mark the electric plugs which are operated by light switches in each room - There weren’t any rugs, which I may have not noticed in the photos. Had I noticed that absence, I would have brought some cheapos, as that would help keep sand out of the bedding :) Overall, we loved the condo and would definitely stay in 1213 @ Phoenix VII again!

Great trip. Great weather. Great place to stay

Over all a great experience. The place was a bit old in the sense that things seemed like they haven’t been updated since the early 2000’s. I was a little annoyed that we had to buy a $50 parking pass and that parking wasn’t included in our reservation. All in all, it was a good stay, clean, great location, quiet, and great staff.

We loved our stay here! Right on the beach. The view is perfect. The master bedroom has a bathroom/sliding glass door to balcony. Bed is big and comfortable. There is another bedroom on the other side of the apartment, at the entrance with its own bathroom. 2 queen sized beds. There is a washer/dryer in the hall. The living room has a pull out couch, large but not very comfortable. 4 seater glass table with 3 barstools at the kitchen counter. There is a wicker lounge chair which isn’t very comfortable. The kitchen is basic has most of everything but there was no salt/pepper and no dish soap at all. I thought that was silly since you are supposed to leave with all dishes clean. So we had to buy some. They do leave you with 1 packet for one load of the dishwasher and a new dish sponge and a few dish towels. There are 2 types of coffee machines. A Kuerig and a regular. We bought our own filters and coffee. So it was great they had the option of the 2. But again you have to bring your own supplies. They do have paper towels. No foil/plastic wrap/ziplock bags. Bring those if you will need that. There’s toilet paper. The place was clean/neat on arrival. My one complaint-the floors, they look clean from far but far from clean. I read that in the reviews so I was prepared. We wore sandals the whole time inside. So make sure to wear house slippers or your feet will get really dirty. The floor needs a real good scub! Balcony -table/4 chairs. It was very sticky so i cleaned it.
