We loved the beach and pool! The decks are large and wonderful!
Only downfall is the outdoor pool isn't heated like other phoenix locations..
The room wasn’t bad and...
The room wasn’t bad and was clean. The low rating is attributed to overall poor communication about the ongoing construction throughout the inside and outside. The early checkout process was not easy. We had room keys that had to be taken over to Phoenix 7 which had the parking lot torn up and you could not enter the front doors. That too was not communicated when I was told to bring the keys to Phoenix 7. After 30 or more minutes of trying to drop keys off a nice security guard met me outside to get the keys. Simple solution is to have a drop box for keys at each Phoenix location. Also better communication can go a long way.
