Overall the place is nice, the furniture in the living room is comfortable TV works good with dish net work, the kitchen was average painted cabinets, broken drawer in the base cabinet, master bathroom was not cleaned. the toilet paper holder was broken off the wall. The patio view to the Ocean was priceless. I also like the availability of the parking garage to have a designated spot to park. We were charged a cleaning fee which is typical of Airbnb but many of the items were mandated to be clean before we left. The bed mattresses are overdue for replacement in both bedrooms.
