Great for families, we went as a couple, our 8yr old daughter, and her grandmother, and the place is perfect. We had an obstructed view due to construction, but that can happen. A little disappointed with that, but we understand. The pool isn’t heated, only the indoor one is. We had a cool week, so we didn’t get to swim that much. The grounds are great though, very well kept, and exceptionally clean. With condos, sometimes it’s a fight for luggage carts and elevator space, and despite it being spring break, there are zero issues with that, tons of carts. It was an easy check in/out, and the overall stay was just simple. We will come back for sure, just hope for a warmer week and the repairs that blocked the view to be complete.

Overall, great experience. Could use more cutlery in room and larger coffee mugs. Beds are comfortable and the place is very clean. Outdoor furniture is not super comfortable. We had a nice time!

The property is a lot more nice in person. The unit we stayed in was more spacious and more clean than we expacted. The staff is nice. Parking is secure and plentiful. No complaints.

Headline: Great service and assistance Positive: There was no breakfast on site. Negative: I am hoping my issue with paid parking gets fully resolved. I shared that upon making reservation it was noted free parking but we got email regarding buying parking passes. I contacted office and was instructed To purchase passes and that I would be reimbursed. At checkin the host completed Steps And i got email stating amount refunded. So I am just waiting to see the amount posted back To credit card. I was very pleased With the hosts phone call and email follow up and assistance on site. Thank you.
