Great view of the Gulf! Only downside is the balcony isn’t very private. Also Phoenix charges $55 for parking which don’t remember seeing anywhere until after reservations were made and were at the desk picking up parking pass was first time of being told the price. So if trying to decide between two properties listed same price you may pay more at a phoenix property.
