We really enjoyed the condo, the lazy river, the zero entry pool, and the easy access to the beach. The bedrooms in the main hallway were far enough away from the main room so that our four kids could not hear the tv or the adults hanging out after they went to bed. The small issues were the long waits for the elevators on the weekends, however, this condo definitely had an advantage being on the 3rd floor. We were able to use the stairs frequently when the elevators were backed up. The other small item we would recommend the owners improve is the cleanliness of the floors. The condo was neat and tidy, but the floors needed to be mopped.

The room itself was gorgeous, the view was nice, and the amenities at the hotel were great. The only problem I had was a bit of disappointment when the master bathroom had mold in the shower corners and a used razor cover in the shower floor. The entire rest of the place was clean and nice but for whatever reason I think that one bathroom had been neglected. However, I would still stay here again as I feel it could have been a one time thing.

TV in master bedroom did not work. I asked Brett Robinson to come out and fix it as soon as we arrived. No one ever called back that day. I called again the next day and was told someone would call me back. They never did. I also reported an electrical issue in the bathroom. No one ever called back or came out to fix any of the issues. Also, the room wasn't ready for 4 PM arrival time on the first day, as promised.
