This is place is a...
This is place is a great/perfect location on the beach. I can’t say with certainty that I would never stay here again, but I would look for other options. We go on a group trip with 12-15 people every year, so we have a hard time finding an affordable place that fits us all. This place was great for us as a group because of the two condo option. However,communication was very lacking and I felt as though I was getting “robot responses” to some of the questions I asked. We had to wait 2.5 hours for our rooms to be ready from the time the condo gave us(4 o’clock). Sandy told us it would be 5 o’clock before we could get in. At 6:30 we walked into the condos with 5 cleaners still in there working after the desk told us we could enter the condo. The service/checkin desk told me I should never rent their condos through Airbnb. The condo did give us beach chairs for a day for the check issues. Sandy played it off as it’s busy season and it should be expected and fine. Not acceptable.
