Great location. Beautiful condo. All the amenities needed for a few days or a few months! Easy to get around. Place was very clean. Seen staff cleaning and checking pool. Check in was a little confusing. But staff was excellent!

This was such a wonderful unit. Right on the beach with a lazy river on the property, it was perfect for a weekend getaway. Unit was clean, beautifully decorated, and quiet in a very convenient location. I arrived pretty late at night and their representatives made sure that I still had an easy check-in. Any questions or requests that I had were addressed quickly with a positive attitude. Will definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay a Sandy Shores at Phoenix Gulf Towers. The condo was absolutely beautiful, very comfortable bedding, very spacious, and the pool, lazy river and water slide were very enjoyable, and very clean.
My only reason we did not give 5 stars across the board are due to a few minor issues that can be easily fixed with some updated instructions.
-The arrival instructions for picking up the parking pass were not clear. We arrived and there are clearly 2 towers, no instructions as to which tower we were staying in so we just parked and tried to find the service desk. There is no signs or instructions anywhere to point to an office and when you go inside there is 4 elevators and doors that lead to the pools.
We had to walk around the facility and find guest who could help us find the kiosk to print our parking pass.
We never received gate codes for beach access or bracelets we were supposed to have on to be at the pool. We had to reach out for wifi information.
