Phoenix gulf towers was a...
Phoenix gulf towers was a beautiful rental space, that was exactly as described and well maintained. The place was clean, the floors were a bit dirty but that is understandable with it being located on a beach and fine sand is difficult to completely get rid of. Our only issue is with parking costing $60 we considered that a bit pricey with how much you pay for the rental. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I would recommend staying here!

The trash shute is located...
The trash shute is located directly across from the door. The smell was pretty bad some days. Overall the condo was clean, with the exception of the windows, oven was dirty, and it didn’t appear the floors were swept well(lots of sand) . The water pressure in the “master” bathroom is terrible. Overall, the condo is good, just needs more attention on the cleaning. If booking again, I would book away from the trash Shute.
