It was a great location, with easy access to the beach, heated swimming pool, and local restaurants. In addition, as an avid bike rider, I loved that it was only 1.5 miles in the bike lane to get to the trail system in Gulf State Park.

The condo itself was great, beautiful views. I wish we would have know prior there was construction feet away in the next building. From 9-6 we could not go outside on the balcony because the grinders were so loud we felt like we needed ear plugs. We could not enjoy the balcony at all. The beds and sheets we not the best but it would not stop us from staying again. The condo was clean and modern.

Overall this was a great location. The condo had many amenities available, but you do have to pay extra for parking. The thermostat has to be set at 73 and the rooms got warm at night. They have a well stocked kitchen, but no extras! So make sure you bring extra toilet paper, napkins, plates, shampoo, etc. Plenty of beds for a family of 5 with a few extra beds. Bring your beach towels. Instacart is available for this area as well as DoorDash, plenty of restaurant options. Manage your expectations- it’s a busy area. Most restaurants are packed. Easy walk to beach and pool area, but probably not great for older people with limited mobility. They do have umbrellas and chairs for rent by the beach. They communicate via text message vs airbnb, so it was confusing which platform to use. I had issues getting my checking code, which made me anxious since this condo had no previous reviews. Long story short- I did not get contactless access. Plan for a parking fee as well.
