Our family of 11 thoroughly enjoyed this home. Even though there were a couple of inconveniences, I would definitely stay again. The home was spotless. However, there are a couple of things that need to be addressed. First of all, as other reviewers mentioned, the pots and pans are awful. The teflon coating is scraped off.They are very small and very few. Another thing is that the pool and spa area in the yard is completely dark at night. There are no lights at all - just a few small solar lights around the deck and most are broken. We bought 2 rechargeable camping lights on stands and that solved the problem very well. It is such a lovely space and so much fun in the evening. Lighting is definitely needed to thoroughly enjoy it. We did rent the golf cart and it was great. Response time from management was also very good. We did not have an ice maker all week, but a part had to be ordered, so no one’s fault. All in all, even if nothing changes, we would still happily stay here again. Loved the location and loved the home!

The house was super clean and spacious. The location was great as well. Only three blocks from the beach but far enough to escape windy days and listen to the nature from the river behind the house. Golf cart is a little old but did its job. They could use a bit more pots and pans. It would be impossible to cook for the amount of people the house sleeps. Other than those 2 small items it was the perfect setup. I would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Great property great experience

We absolutely loved this home. The location was within walking distance from the beach. Having a bike was a nice touch as I could ride in the mornings. The kids loved the pool and the game room area. I would recommend and will consider it again if in the area.

Cute little house,loved the location.the pool and hot tub was nice and the golf cart made it easy to get around the neighborhood. Everything was neat and clean.check in and out was simple.would definitely love to stay again

Home was above expectations. Great location, quiet neighborhood, and everything we needed. Kelly was great to work with for the entire rental process and just a text or phone call away. It was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of town. Look forward to renting again for another family vacation.
