This house is amazing! Great views. Plenty of room. Absolute amazing- private beach area but convenient to Gulf Shores.

This building was perfect for my large group. The space was very accommodating for all of us. The house has very nice features and finishes. It was perfect for a group of 30 year old men having a guys weekend. There are some very small things that would take this house's interior to perfection that I probably only can pick on because I am in the construction field. Transition strips at wood to tile transitions would definitely be needed. Overall I would give this a 5/5. The house may need a little bit of love, but they are probably going to take care of that during the off season.

We made the best of our stay at Grandview. The home is very spacious with lots of potential. The rental company provides the address and access on the day of arrival-which was a bit different for me-I am used to getting the address of the home prior to me leaving home and the access code the day of-so that made me a bit nervous but I did receive it a little after 11 that morning. Upon arrival you will begin to see the home is not well maintained. I am not able to add pictures but the issues go beyond the property not being decorated by professionals. The home needs work. It needs painting inside and out. Upon arrival, some of the seating accommodations in the home were broken and wobbly the others were not comfortable. The beds are not very comfortable, several seemed unsteady and if they had the cheap loud mattress covers. There are prevalent rotten window sills throughout the home and water damage marks throughout the ceilings. The vent in the downstairs laundry room had what appeared to be black mold-so we kept that door closed-although if its in the vents that was kind of useless. The concrete around the splash pool is cracked-I would not recommend walking on it-grass is growing up through the cracks. Also, the home does not have adequate lighting, inside or out. At night-many of the outside lights were not working even the maintenance guy when called out about the air conditioner mentioned how dark the property appeared. The patio door did not shut well-we were able to lock it because it had a chain lock. I am not trying to scare anyone away from this home because I think the home has great potential and can be so much better than it is but this is just my honest review.
