Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

Beats Winter In Iowa

We always enjoy our stay at Seachase. This is our first time in 804E. We liked the furniture/ desk in the main bedroom. Having a 2nd king bed fit our needs. Loved having all the hooks for towels, swimwear, jackets. Kitchen well equipped.Liked having the taller chairs on the balcony.

Excellent!

We were completely satisfied with 0804E! The condo was immaculate and well furnished with everything that was needed. The beds were outstanding along with the view of the ocean. I can't say enough about how nice the owner's treated us. We will definitely be staying here again next year.
