Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. Spring Break With Kids!
We had a cancellation of one of the condos that we had booked at the Martinique and were very disappointed when we weren't staying right on the ocean, HOWEVER, we couldn't have gotten luckier actually! This house was beautiful with an awesome balcony, patio and porch! Just a 2 minute walk to the pool and beach. Plus a golf cart that we could use to travel there with the kids and all of our beach and pool things. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking and meals. There was even chairs and umbrellas for the beach! The house was so spacious, clean and well kept up. The landscape at the Martinique is just gorgeous. This house is the PERFECT location and we had the greatest, most beautiful vacation! Perfect for a family with little kids!
Peaceful And Quiet
We completely loved staying at Seanote at Martinique. The home was spacious and beautiful, clean and stocked with everything needed. It was a quick walk to the exercise room, pool and beach. It was very quiet and peaceful which really appeals to us. We could stroll the premises and get on our bikes for some great rides. We hope to stay much longer next time.
Wonderful As Always!
We love Martinique on the Gulf! We were very happy with cleanliness and safety protocols in place by the property management. This was the first time we noticed the upstairs was much warmer than downstairs. I should have mentioned it when there, but you might check it out. All other crescent homes we have stayed in have not had this problem. We just covered up and had a great time anyway!
Love This Place!
We enjoyed staying at Seanote immensely. We were 4 houses from the pool/beachwalkway. Every house had a golf cart which made it lots of fun. We would go on golf cart cruises every night. The beach was not overly crowded and the pool overlooking the dunes was so nice. The property manager was helpful and responsive. The kitchen was fully stocked with any type of dish/appliance we needed. So clean and comfortable. We are definitely coming back!
Seanote Is A Great Escape!
We love Martinique and have stayed in several of the homes. We really like the crescent homes (Seanote is one) because of their close access to the main pool and beach.
