the crows nest

We had a group of 9 (4 adults, 4 teen/adults, and 1 kid). There was plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the group and also have some privacy. Kitchen was pretty well stocked (a corkscrew was the only thing we were missing, but we figured it out!) The golf cart was a big plus since the house would have been a trek to walk to/from the beach. House was very clean and as described.
We did end up having to purchase beach chairs - the listing said there were chairs available so we didnt pack ours from home. There were only 3 chairs that were very rusted. There were beach toys, a wagon, and a boogie board handy.

The grill worked but my husband did not trust the grates. We ended up grilling with our cast iron skillet (yes we travel with one ��) but it worked great for the bacon and steaks that we cooked.

Our families stay in the Martinique Community every year for vacation. The Crow's Nest has been our favorite thus far. Besides being close to both pools and to the beach - The house was very clean, nicely decorated and every appliance, air units, tv's were all in working order. So nice! My family and I stayed at the Crow's Nest for fall break (last week of September). We have also stayed at another larger home in Martinique in April and have enjoyed both stays tremendously.

The Crow's Nest is lovely, clean, and well equipped. The golf cart, bikes, and pool tools were so helpful. In the Crow's Nest, I especially liked the second bedroom suite on the first floor and that there were 2 doors that could be closed between it and the main living space. It was so quiet in that room! The Crow's Nest also had plenty of comfortable seating in the living room which was perfect for my family of 5. Everyone had a place to stretch out and be comfortable. There was more than enough room for 8.

Martinique itself was wonderful. The pools were a tiny bit dirty in September, but were spotless in April. Perhaps the pools are cleaned more frequently in the busy season. The entire development is quiet and serene and I would love to live there when I retire! I love that there are no high rises and that it is away from the "action."

This was our first stay at the Crow's Nest (our 8th year at Martinique). The Crow's nest is a lovely home. The layout is great and was perfect for our family. Everything was provided and well done. Will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed another January stay at Crows Nest. House was clean and comfortable, although furnishings are showing wear. On site management was great and very responsive to any issue or problem.
