Host Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.
Gulf Shores & Orange Beach Tourism Service Fee Cancellation Policy
If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the Gulf Shores & Orange Beach Tourism Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
Pet Agreement
As a registered Aronov Condo Mgmt., lnc./Martinique on the Gulf (ACMI) guest who wishes to have my house-trained dog in my vacation rental, I agree to the following:
My dog is up to date on all vaccinations and is on a flea preventative.
A maximum of two (2) dogs may reside in one property at any time.
I will be responsible for any injury or replacement of any items stained or damaged by my pet.
I will be responsible for any injury inflicted upon any resort employee or guest by my dog.
Neither ACMI nor any of its employees shall be responsible for the safety or well-being of my dog.
I understand that ACMI may remove my dog from my rental property at my expense if my dog is left unattended and causes a disturbance.
I understand that an employee of ACMI will inspect my room upon departure from the resort and assess the room for any damage.
I understand that my dog must be kept on a leash when in the resort or on resort property unless it is in the guest's vacation property.
Dogs are not allowed in the fitness room and pool areas of the resort. This exclusion does not apply to certified service dogs.
I am responsible for cleaning up after my dog on resort property and in the neighborhood. Any disturbances such as barking must be curtailed to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the resort, its owners and its operator from all liability and damage suffered as a result of my dog.
The resort reserves the right to charge guest's account commensurate to the cost of such damages.
I understand that there is a $300 pet deposit and only $150 is refundable.
I understand that if I do not clean up after my dog, or if extra cleaning is required due to my dog, the full $300.00 pet deposit will be forfeited.
