Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

2026 July - Multigenerational

We had three generations staying at Chateau de la Mer. Everyone loved this beautiful home!
The kitchen had more than everything we needed. The rooms were very comfortable. Lots of beach toys for use. The golf cart seats six and was great for the short trip to the beach. We’d definitely stay here again in the future.

Family Week At Martinique

Entire family of 14 enjoyed a great week at Chateau de la Mer again this year. It started on Saturday evening, July 4th, with fireworks on the beach. This is 4th year at that house, which we love and is perfect for our family. We have been doing a family beach vacation every summer for 12 years. It started in Seagrove on 30A, but we came to AL coast just outside Gulf Shores 4 years ago. We love the area, the house, the beach setup, and the service at Martinique. Looking forward to next year. Already have reservation.

Vacation Stay At Martinique

Excellent from beginning to end every amenity possible was offered. Outdoor beach, equipment, golf cart, etc. works exceptional and so nice to have available. Nina was absolutely wonderful at attending and checking on us. We would definitely stay there again. It’s perfect for a multigenerational family vacation.
