Condo was a great stay,...
Condo was a great stay, beautiful view, air conditioner was cold and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The bathrooms are a little out of date and showers are made for people shorter than 5'3. I did think the bathrooms could have been cleaned better like the toilet and bath tub. I also believe washer needs to be deep cleaned, the water left a lot of white residue on dark clothing. The back bedroom with the two beds need light switches fixed! The kitchen outlets, some worked snd some didn't. Other than that we had lots of fun and made wonderful memories. Definitely will be back otherwise.

Property was the third Pheonix we've stayed in. This area the water is quite a bit farther from the building so just plan accordingly. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools. No complaints with the building itself. Only complaint about the condo was none of the beds have blankets. I'm not sure if I overlooked this in the property or registration info. Bring blankets from home!

Very clean condo and located...
Very clean condo and located off the beach which was our main goal. Not to far from places to eat and etc. Just remember to pack your extra tissue, paper towels, trash bags, detergents and etc. They had a ton of dishes already but I did find it odd only one roll of tissue in each bathroom and no extras. Other than that, great stay.

Never have I said in any condo that I had to provide my own toilet paper and trash bags. Especially for the price I paid.
