Location was great. Pools were great. Also had carts and elevators to help loading and unloading. Everything you need in the studio is there. A couple of small things wrong with the place. The bathroom sink was clogged and drains slowly. The garbage disposal is broken. Then when you run the dishwasher the side of the sink with the garbage disposal backs up and smell unpleasant. The carbon monoxide detector is ancient and doesn't work either. All in all though, the studio is a great value for the location and amenities. You want to have easy beach access and pool which you do here.

We enjoyed our stay at Sugar Beach Condos. Everything was clean, easy to communicate with management and great location. We would definitely recommend this rental.

The room was as described. Great location at the front of the property and so close to the beach access and pools.

The good.
Host was fine and the room itself was nice. The prices at the little resturaunt/bar by the pool are fair and their food and drinks are decent. The beach is ridiculously close to the property as well which is nice.

That said, the entire time we were there, the property was being painted, one the elevators was broken, and the hallways feel like a prison. The parking spaces below are tight as well. Theres supposed to be a heated pool, but all 3 pools were cold on cooler and breezy days. Tennis court was also closed the entire stay.

My wife and I booked a last minute trip and called to find a place to stay. The Sunset representative was very helpful in helping us secure a condo last minute. The only negative was checking into the property. We arrived late and the security guard informed is a parking pass was $25 and cash only. I didn’t have enough money so we went to an ATM (which in itself was an adventure, the first 2 machines we found were out of order). Upon entering our condo we found a parking pass and went back to security to get a refund which we did. I do t remember Sunset saying a parking pass would be in the condo.

Room was very clean, had everything you needed. Only negative I have for this room is it’s size. It states it sleeps 4. It does sleep 4. But if 4 people were up moving around at the same time, would be very crowded. There is nowhere to put your clothes, besides leaving them in a suitcase on the floor. Great room for 2 people.
