If canceled within 48 hours it’s a full refund. Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival for condos, 60 days prior for houses, and 90 days prior for winter monthly reservations. Refunds of the initial deposit, minus a $300 cancellation fee and any travel insurance purchased, are available if the reservation is cancelled by these deadlines. Cancellations outside these periods will receive a credit toward a future reservation within one year of the original dates but will incur a change fee of $100 for condos and $250 for houses. Only one change per reservation is allowed. Property unit changes are not permitted within 30 days of arrival for condos, 60 days for houses, and 90 days for winter monthly reservations. Any approved unit change made outside of these timeframes may result in a rate adjustment. Guests are responsible for any increase in rental rate, fees, or taxes associated with the new unit.

Room 5209
This property was beautiful and very clean! Our room was amazing had everything you needed! Great view from the balcony. Only thing that I wish was in the room was a washer and dryer. Not that I like to wash clothes on vacation but when you have children it’s convenient to have one. I would definitely be renting again. We had an amazing time!
Excellent Rental Experience!
This condo was perfect for our family vacation! The unit was clean, had all of the essential amenities, and a beautiful view of the ocean from the spacious balcony. Being right on the beach with boardwalk access made each day so easy and relaxing. Highly recommend this vacation rental!

Plantation 5209
Due to the broken dishwasher, all of the dishes in the cabinets were dirty upon our arrival. It appeared that the dishwasher had been broken for sometime. Therefore, we had to hand wash all of the dishes before we used them and again after we use them. This included utensils, plates, pots, pans, etc. There was also significant dirt and dust on less obvious surfaces throughout the unit such as the top of the refrigerator and areas in the bathroom.
